"I have been buying this soap for a long time and refilling hand soap dispensers in our bathrooms. I add essential oil, shake and voila a perfect hand soap so much quicker and easier than making from scratch which can be hard to get right consistency and much better for environment in view of less chemicals and reducing plastic bottle waste. As long as it’s available I can’t see me buying anything else in future."

Can I add additional carrier oils and essential oils to this base? For example 100ml of soap base, what percentage of carrier oils and essential oils can I add?: Thank you for your enquiry. Please see the below response from our Research and Development Team; "Yes, you can add up to 3% combined carrier and essential oils to the Liquid Base Soap. This is likely to turn the base cloudy so be aware of this factor."
Hi, I would like to purchase the liquid base soap. How much percentage of essential oils should I use in a 100ml? Thanks.: Thank you for your enquiry. We recommend using between 1%-2% essential oils in a formula.
For a handwash does this base need to be diluted? If so what ratio and would I need a preservative? If so which one? Also if I wanted to thicken it what’s the best way? Thanks! Amy: Thank you for your enquiry. Please see the below response from our Research and Development Team; "The Liquid Base Soap is made with a preservative and does not need to be diluted. Simply add essential oils, stir them in and it is done. Some essential oils may thicken the soap some may make it runnier, you will need to test different ones to see what works best for you. If necessary, you could try adding a little salt to the product to see if that will thicken it up but as the base soap already includes salt an extra may not work."
